Rolling Plains Construction Arizona is seeking an Industrial Sandblaster for a full-time, on-site position located in Apache Junction, AZ. The role involves performing industrial sandblasting to prepare surfaces for coatings, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, and following safety protocols. The Sandblaster will work on a variety of industrial projects, handling specialized equipment and materials while adhering to strict safety standards. Additional responsibilities include adhering to project timelines and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial sandblasting equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and various blasting materials
• Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA regulations applicable to industrial sandblasting
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying environments
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications are a plus
• Experience in industrial coatings or fireproofing is advantageous
